Broken Odometers
 
If the odometer on your 1977-89 model has quit working yet the speedometer still reads traveling speed, this is what happened! Over the years the main drive gear becomes brittle and disintegrates loosing mesh contact. The result is a free spinning gear motor, the fix is part # OG131 and about three hours worth of patience and careful steady hands.
